Exostar’s Web Store allows you to purchase credentials and other subscriptions, which are required to access certain applications. Exostar highly recommends verifying the required credential type with your Partner prior to completing a purchase. Please see the MAG Credentials page for a list of Partners and their required credentials.
Web Store Access
To Access Exostar’s Web Store:
1. Login to your Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account with your Email Address/User ID and Password.
2. Locate the Billing & Support section at the bottom of the MAG Dashboard. Click View.
3. Select Exostar Web Store – Home Page from the main header to display of available products.
NOTE: If you require a One Time Password (OTP) credential, select the Get 2FA button from the My 2FA Credentials section via the MAG dashboard to open the web store. From there, select the applicable Partner from the drop-down menu to display a list of acceptable credentials.

FIS MLOA Hardware
Federated Identity Service (FIS) Medium Level of Assurance (MLOA) Hardware product includes three (3) digital certificates (identity, encryption, and signature) that are compliant to the Federal PKI standards and cross-certified with the Federal Bridge Certificate Authority. These digital certificates may be used to access Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG), and the customer applications behind MAG. Additionally, both the US Department of Defense (DoD) and major Aerospace and Defense companies accept these credentials for access to some internal applications or to support digital signing and encryption of email.

OTP Hardware Token
The One Time Password (OTP) Hardware Token product includes the physical token and related support for online vetting and activation of the token against Exostar Managed Access Gateway accounts. The OTP may be used as a second factor of authentication when connecting to customer applications through Exostar.

Exostar Mobile ID
Exostar’s Mobile ID service allows users to utilize a smartphone app for a more secure login and authentication process. The Authy app is available for Apple iOS and Android devices.

Phone-Based OTP
The Phone-Based One Time Password (OTP) product includes registration of phones for receiving one-time password codes via text or voice. These one-time password codes received on a registered phone are used as a second factor of authentication when connecting to customer applications through Exostar.

Complete Purchase
Once you determine the correct credential type or product you wish to purchase, follow the steps below:
1. Select the Purchase Now link for the desired product.
NOTE: Information and selections vary from product to product. Some products require you to select a partner (OTP), others require you to select a validity period (FIS).
2. Once you make all selections, click the Add to Cart button.
3. Review your cart. Click the Proceed to Checkout button.
4. Select Use this Address for the correct Shipping Address.
5. Enter your Billing Address. Click the Use this Address button.
6. On the Payment Information page, select Credit or Invoice.
NOTE: If you select the invoice option, you will not receive your product until Exostar receives full payment.
7. Once you input payment details, click Continue.
8. Review your order details. Click the Submit Order button to complete the transaction.
