Now available Monday-Friday from 3:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET, our remote identity proofing service has more than doubled its availability. After purchasing an Exostar product requiring remote proofing, simply give us a call at +1 571-665-4974 to access this service.
If you would prefer to schedule an appointment, follow the instructions provided after your purchase. Appointments can be scheduled Monday-Friday between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET, up to four weeks in advance. We now allow for same day booking of a scheduled appointment as little as two hours in advance.
The entire process typically takes less than 15 minutes, giving our valued Exostar customers the flexibility to complete this important step at a time that suits them best.
