TPM Recertification

The TPM recertification process is an important step in securing proper system access for all purchasing and payment activities. There are three types; please select from the links below to learn more about each type, as well as instructions on how to recertify:
Annual Self-Certification: This activity requires all vendors to complete the Executive Compensation Report, National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 889, and Cyber Security section found on the profile’s Self-Certification page. U.S. vendors are also required to complete the Socio-economic self-certification.
3-Year Vendor Profile Recertification: This type requires a vendor profile recertification be completed every three years to maintain account activity.
3-Year Anti-Corruption Recertification: This type requires users with Non-U.S. Entity/Person profiles complete a survey every three years.
NOTE: Any current Organization Administrator can add a user as an Organization Administrator. It is recommended at least two users are granted this role so there is always a backup available.
