What is SFT?
Exostar Secure File Transfer (SFT) is a secure, cloud-hosted application for sending and receiving digital packages securely. The application is powered by a patented third party transmission protocol technology that maximizes the throughput over a standard Internet connection. Whether you are exchanging terabytes of information with your partners, or relaying files over unreliable Internet connection, SFT provides an easy-to-use interface and reliable transfers that will greatly improve the experience and foster user collaboration.
The SFT solution addresses business requirements for authenticated users (inside your organization and registered in MAG), as well as unregistered users (outside your organization). Depending on the administrative settings, unregistered users may be invited to submit a file transfer package, or download a package that was sent to them.
