PolicyPro Get Started

Step 1. Register

To register for a PolicyPro account:

1.  Accept the user agreement.

2.  Setup a new password. Confirm the password.

NOTE: Passwords must be 8 or more characters long and must contain: at-least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric character.

3. Verify the accuracy of the account information.

4.  Add new users if you wish to do so at this time.

NOTE: This is only for administrators and super users. 

Step 2. Log-in

1. Find the email from Exostar PolicyPro <policypro@ismsapplications.com> subject: Exostar PolicyPro Account Details

NOTE: If you have not received an email with your account details please check your spam or junk inbox from policypro@ismsapplications.com subject: “Exostar PolicyPro Account Details”. Email support at policypro@ismsapplications.com to resend your account information, or Call customer support at 1(443) 445-0560.

2. Enter the email address and temporary password from the email above.

3. Click the Login button or use the “https://platform.ismsapplications.com” link.

4. Enter in your email and temporary password from step 2.

NOTE: You will be directed to change your password after successfully logging in with the temporary password. Passwords must be 8 or more characters long and must contain: at-least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric character.


Purchase PolicyPro

To complete a purchase for PolicyPro:

1. Click here to access Exostar’s Web Store. Ensure you are logged into the web store.

2. Select the Add to Cart button. Review your cart and select Proceed to Checkout.

3. Select and enter your payment method and information. Click Submit.


Renewals

To renew your PolicyPro subscription:

1. Login to your MAG account.

2. Select Billing and Support, located at the bottom of your MAG Dashboard. 

3. A new page opens select Subscription Renewals.

4. From the Subscription Renewal page, select PolicyPro from the Select Product menu. 

5. Verify the renewal subscription information. Click Add to Cart. Follow the steps to complete your transaction.
