What is LM eInvoicing?

LM eInvoicing is used to provide fast and accurate invoice submission, viewable purchase orders, submit credit memos, view invoice status and view payment details. Other features include the ability to retrieve a Paid and Unpaid Invoice Status report and the ability to view self-help documents or create a ticket to the Lockheed Martin Procure to Pay (LMP2P) Help Desk for assistance.

Electronic invoicing eliminates costly paper processing expenses, reduces rework and facilitates timely and efficient invoice payment. Invoice disputes are reduced, and Lockheed Martin Procure to Pay (LMP2P) processes are streamlined. By implementing electronic invoicing, Lockheed Martin is improving its business practices to better serve its customers and suppliers.


Roles

Application Administrators are responsible for managing user access roles. Both roles require Level 3 2FA Credentials (Phone (SMS) One Time Password (OTP) with Proofing).

View Only Access
This role allows user to view data only, and gives suppliers access into our eInvoicing supplier portal via Exostar to view invoice status, view payment details, view limited details of their Purchase Orders, access paid and pending invoices reports, as well as submit inquiries to Accounts Payable via the ticketing tool. Users can only view data and cannot create invoices.
