Expired OTP Proofing

2FA Identity Proofing is valid for only 9 years, after which you are expected to go through the proofing process again. If you are directed to this page, your proofing expires before your next 2FA subscription renewal. Your renewal email will include a new license key and token, if applicable, however you will need to revoke your current credentials.

Proofing Not Yet Expired

If your proofing has not yet expired, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Log into your MAG account and navigate to the My Account tab and the Manage OTP sub-tab.

2. Select the View Details link.

3. Click Revoke.

IMPORTANT: If you revoke a Phone OTP credential, please wait one hour before you continue with purchasing and binding a new credential. 

4. Purchase new credentials via Exostar’s Web Store.

5. Complete the binding process.

NOTE: Please follow the normal process to purchase and bind a new OTP credential. Visit the relevant OTP credential page for step-by-step instructions:


Proofing Already Expired

If your proofing has already expired, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Contact Customer Support to help revoke your OTP.

IMPORTANT: If you revoke a Phone OTP credential, please wait one hour before you continue with purchasing and binding a new credential. 

2. Purchase new credentials via Exostar’s Web Store.

3. Complete the binding process.

NOTE: Please follow the normal process to purchase and bind a new OTP credential. Visit the relevant OTP credential page for step-by-step instructions:
