Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 Partner Management

As a Sponsor Administrator, you are responsible for managing which organizations can be invited to collaborate on your teams. Unless a domain has been authorized as a partner domain, users from the domain cannot be invited. 

To add a partner domain: 

1. Navigate to the Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 application. 

2. Choose Administration and then Partner Management. 

3. Click Add Partner Domain. 

4. Enter the partner organization’s domain (e.g. mydomain.com). Click Add Partner Domain. 

When a partner domain is added, the status may display as Pending Authorization. In this case, Exostar is in the process of determining the authentication source (i.e. whether the partner will authenticate using Exostar-issued credentials or using Azure B2B). Once the authorization is complete, the status will be set to Authorized and you can invite guest users from the domain.
