Exostar’s SafeNet Client is a middleware application used to allow your computer to recognize your PKI eToken as a device.
The following PKI eTokens are supported:
– Thales eToken 5110 Series
– Thales eToken 5110+ (FedRAMP and FIPS 140-2 Certified)
Who should install SafeNet client?
You will need to download and install Exostar SafeNet Client if you are:
- A MAG user downloading digital certificates for hardware token for the first time on a Thales eToken 5110+
- A MAG user upgrading to a Thales eToken 5110+
Supported Tokens
Exostar supports the following tokens:
- Thales eToken 5110 Series
- Thales eToken 5110+ (FedRAMP and FIPS 140-2 Certified)
- NOTE: Legacy PKI hardware tokens such as the Aladdin eToken PRO are no longer supported and must be updated (see image below).
