This article provides instructions on the following processes, each of which requires a Change Authorization Form:

Change Organization Administrator: This process removes the named, current Organization Administrator account and can require additional documentation.

Update Organization Details: This includes updating the Organization Name or the Organization Address.

Update Email Address: This process requires you to know your Exostar User ID, which was sent via email during account creation. You may only change your own email address.
Change Organization Administrator
Please follow the steps below to complete the process:
- Contact Exostar Customer Support to report the administrator change and request a DocuSign Change Authorization Form.
- The form is sent via email, along with a case number to track the request. In the DocuSign email, click View Documents.
- In the DocuSign Change Request agreement pop-up, check the box for I agree to do business electronically with Exostar LLC. Select Review Document.
- In the top section, include the MAG Organization Name, Exostar ID, and Organization ID. (NOTE: To locate your company’s organization details, navigate to the My Account tab in MAG, and click View Organization Details).
- Select Change Organization Administrator as the Change Type. This is highlighted in purple.
- In the corresponding purple Organization Administrator Change section, if desired, place a checkmark next to Check this box to delete ALL current admins. Input the First Name and Last Name of the current administrator. Complete ALL fields in the CHANGE TO section. (NOTE: If you have an existing MAG account, you MUST include your Existing User ID in the User ID field. Failure to do so may result in creation of a new account).
- If an existing Organization Administrator is still active, you must include a letter on company letterhead. (NOTE: The document must include a wet signature by another individual who is an authorized agent of your organization. It can be scanned and returned to us by attaching the document to a reply to the DocuSign email. The letter should clearly state if the current Organization Administrator(s) should be replaced, the intended Organization Administrator, and if applicable, that the non-compliant account will no longer be accessed).
- Complete the Authorization/Change Requestor section at the bottom of the form.
- Click the Sign Here button and complete document signing dialogue that displays.
- After submitting your signature, click the Confirm Signing button on the left-hand side of the document. Click Finish to send the document to Exostar.
The request routes to Exostar and is tracked via the case number. You also receive a copy via email. If you need assistance with form completion, contact Exostar Customer Support.
Update Organization Details
Please follow the steps below:
- Contact Exostar Customer Support to report the organization address or name change and request a DocuSign Change Authorization Form.
- The form is sent via email, along with a case number to track the request. In the DocuSign email, click View Documents.
- In the DocuSign Change Request agreement dialogue box, place a checkmark next to I agree to do business electronically with Exostar LLC. Select Review Document.
- In the top section, include the MAG Organization Name, Exostar ID, and Organization ID. (NOTE: To locate your company’s organization details, navigate to the My Account tab in MAG, and click View Organization Details).
- Select Change Company Name and Address as the Change Type. This is highlighted in blue.
- In the corresponding blue Company Name/Address Change section, input information for ALL CURRENT and CHANGE TO fields. (NOTE: All the fields must contain data input, regardless if that data is changing or not).
- Complete the Authorization/Change Requestor section at the bottom of the form.
- Click the Sign Here button and complete document signing dialogue that displays.
- After submitting your signature, click the Confirm Signing button on the left-hand side of the document. Click Finish to send the document to Exostar.

Update Email Address
To change your email address, you must know your Exostar User ID, which was provided during the account creation process. The account must be registered with the organization you list in the form. If your Exostar account is not yet active, an Organization Administrator can make this change on your behalf. Please follow the steps below to complete the process:
- Contact Exostar Customer Support to report the email address change and request a DocuSign Change Authorization Form.
- The form is sent via email, along with a case number to track the request. In the DocuSign email, click View Documents.
- In the DocuSign Change Request agreement pop-up, check the box for I agree to do business electronically with Exostar LLC. Select Review Document.
- In the top section, include the MAG Organization Name, Exostar ID, and Organization ID. (NOTE: To locate your company’s organization details, navigate to the My Account tab in MAG, and click View Organization Details).
- Select Change User Email Address as the Change Type. This is highlighted in green.
- In the corresponding green User Email Address Change section, complete ALL fields in the CURRENT and CHANGE TO sections.
- Complete the Authorization/Change Requestor section at the bottom of the form.
- Click the Sign Here button and complete document signing dialogue that displays
- After submitting your signature, click the Confirm Signing button on the left-hand side of the document. Click Finish to send the document to Exostar.
