BSCP Shipment Updates

This page provides instructions on how to update shipments that have already been sent to Boeing.

Update Shipment

To update a shipment that has already been sent to Boeing:

1. Search for shipments in Order Management, Shipments, Search.

2. From the Search page, enter the shipment number in the Shipment Number field.

3. Click the Search button.

NOTE:  Fields are case sensitive. You can also complete a wildcard search using the asterisk (*).

4. On the Shipment List page, click the hyperlinked Shipment Number to open the desired shipment.

5. On the Shipment Details page, update any editable header or line level fields, as needed.

NOTE:  Please see the table of editable fields in the previous section.

6. Place a check in the box next to ‘ASN Line’.

NOTE: If no ASN lines are selected, the user receives an alert that one or more rows from the list need to be selected or the update will not be accepted.

7. Click the Update Shipment button after updates have been made and you are ready to re-send the updated Shipment to Boeing.
