In order to create Reports in Boeing Supply Chain Platform (BSCP), you must have the Report_Admin role, otherwise you can only view reports. The Report option is available from the left-hand navigation menu and has the following options: Collaborative Order Management and Collaborative Supply Planning. The sections below provide step-by-step instructions on managing reports.
Reports Portal Navigation
The Reports Portal navigation remains consistent regardless of which report option you choose:
- Click the Public or My Folders tabs, located in the upper, left corner, to access your folders.
- Use Search and filter options to locate items.
- Click the arrows to navigate between pages, if necessary.
- Use the Toolbar to manage folders and files.
Actions Menu
The Actions Menu displays in each row for each item in the list, and provides the following options:
- Set properties
- Run with options
- Create a report view of this report
- Schedule
- More…
Run Reports
1. Click the folder Name to view its content or click the report Name to view the report in HTML.
2. Alternatively, click the Run with options icon to select output options:
- Select the report output Format from the drop down.
- Select the Language from the drop down.
- Select the Delivery method.
- Check the box next to Prompt for values to enable filters, if built into the report.
3. Click Run to start the report.
