Blue Origin successfully completed a migration of suppliers to Exostar’s Procure-To-Pay application on Sunday, December 8th and Sunday, December 15th. For those that no longer have Coupa access, all procurement activities with Blue Origin should now be taking place in Exostar. Support can be attained from Exostar by visiting our Customer Support page or clicking the blue Contact Support button, available on any page.

IMPORTANT! You must receive an invitation from Blue Origin via Exostar to create a Managed Access Gateway (MAG) account, as well as purchase a Phone One Time Password (OTP) without Proofing credential to access the applications listed below.

Exostar Services

Managed Access Gateway (MAG)
Blue Origin uses Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG) to securely connect its Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, and Onboarding Module users via Exostar.
Enterprise Access Gateway (EAG)
Exostar’s Enterprise Access Gateway (EAG) allows Blue Origin employees to use their Blue Origin network login credentials to access Exostar and other third party applications, instead of being issued login credentials from Exostar. IMPORTANT! This is for internal Blue Origin employees ONLY.
Procure to Pay (P2P)
Procure to Pay (P2P) powered by Exostar’s Supply Chain Platform (SCP) is a comprehensive, hosted solution that enables visibility of operations and supply chain activity. The solution provides a real-time, end-to-end picture of supply and demand performance with built-in decision support tools. 
Sourcing
Sourcing eRFx functionality allows the creation of a tendering/sourcing/procurement which consists of steps to form a complete project. The project can contain several events or sourcing stages. 
Onboarding Module (OBM)
Onboarding Module (OBM) focuses on providing the ability to manage vetting and certification of prospective and existing Suppliers. It contains built-in data collection processes and workflows, automated features, and services that allow users to continuously review and make future decisions on supplier relationships.
Exostar’s Microsoft Managed 365
Secure access and protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), which is exchanged between companies, is key to ensuring the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) continues to provide innovative solutions critical to maintaining our edge in National Security. Exostar’s Managed Microsoft 365 solution for CMMC is geared to help organizations protect CUI and maintain DoD compliance without an outlay of huge cost.

Blue Origin Accepted Credentials

To access certain applications, you must receive an invitation from Blue Origin, and they may require two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials, in conjunction with your MAG User ID/Email Address and Password. You can contact Blue Origin directly to verify which credential is needed for the specific application you are accessing. Below is a list of accepted credentials by Blue Origin:
