Windows Vista now supported!

Exostar FIS now supports download of certificates to Windows Vista (Service Pack 2.0) for FIS Basic Level Of Assurance and Medium level of Assurance (Software) certificates. For detailed information on downloading certificates to your Vista machine, refer to the Certificate Download Guide.

To download your certificates on your Windows Vista machine, note:

• You should have installed Microsoft Service Pack 2.0 for Windows Vista.
• If you do not have administrative rights to your machine and are unable to download the ActiveX control to install the certificates, contact your IT Support.
• Contact Exostar Customer Support if the documentation does not provide a solution to your specific certificate download issue.
