If your organization is not registered with Exostar, or needs access to BAE Systems Portal:
Your organization needs to be invited to the application by a BAE Systems Adoption Administrator. Please coordinate with your BAE Systems point of contact.
After you are invited to the BAE Systems Portal, you will receive an email from Exostar with additional instructions. If you are not registered with Exostar, the email contains a link that takes you to the MAG registration page. If you already have a MAG user account, the email notifies you that access was granted.
You will also need a Level 3 or above credential for access to the BAE Systems Portal this includes a Phone OTP (Level 3), OTP Hardware Token with Upgrade (Level 3), Medium Level of Assurance (MLOA) Hardware device (Level 4) or a government issued CAC (Level 4) click here for pricing.
BAE Systems recommends the Phone OTP for those that do not already have a level 3 or above credential click here for a demonstration of the Phone OTP purchase and setup process.
If your organization has access to the BAE Systems Portal, but you need a MAG User ID:
Click here to complete a user registration request.
You will need your Exostar Organization ID to complete the user registration. If you do not know your Organization ID, please ask any MAG user in your organization to log in to MAG and click on the 'My Account' tab. The Organization ID is the fifth item down of the Profile section.
After you submit your user registration, a MAG administrator in your organization needs to approve your request.
After your request is approved, you will receive an automated email with log in credentials and instructions.
After your request is authorized, you should have access to BAE Systems Portal 20 minutes after the Provider Administrator approves the account.
If you have a MAG User ID, but you need access to BAE Systems Portal:
Log in to your MAG account, click the 'Home' tab, and then click the 'Request Access' link located next to 'BAE Systems Portal'.
After you submit your request for access, a BAE Systems Portal Application administrator within your organization needs to authorize your request.
