  • Supply Chain Platform (RSCP)

  • Exostar’s Supply Chain Platform for Raytheon (RSCP) is a comprehensive, hosted solution that enables visibility of operations and supply chain activity. The solution provides a real-time, end-to-end picture of supply and demand performance with built-in decision support tools.

NOTE:  If you had access to the gSCP and cMRP platforms prior to November 2013, they will still be available for historical reference.

    • Decrease supply chain transaction times and effort - electronic communication of data plus the ability to manage by exception makes the whole end to end process faster
    • Improve accuracy of supply chain information - information is pulled from one RSCP document type to another where relevant, preventing re-keying errors
    • Provide status of invoices and shipments - both buyer and supplier can see the level of progress made which makes follow-up calls/e-mails unnecessary
    • Improve collaboration on demand forecasts - buyer and supplier can work collaboratively on forecast data to improve accuracy of production and supply requirements
    • Manage by exception - items that fall outside of normal parameters can be quickly located and addressed
    • Reduce the risk of potential shortages through improved and more effective communication

    Get Started

If you were invited by Raytheon to use RSCP, you will be asked to provide contact details to Raytheon.  Once Exostar receives your information from Raytheon, we can begin the registration process. Go to the How Do I Register page for more details.

Once you are registered, you should receive an email from Exostar that contains your login credentials and instructions on how to login for the first time.  You can also review the Administration of Users & Orgs section for details on how to login and add more users.

The user designated as the 'administrator' for your company (usually the first person registered) must agree to the terms and conditions before logging into RSCP.  Other users can skip this step once the agreement is in place.  Once you have access to RSCP, use the documentation on the Training page to learn about working in RSCP.

Raytheon may send your company a test purchase order.  You should respond to this order so that Raytheon knows you are ready to receive live transactions through RSCP.

Depending on your number of RSCP transactions (number of documents received and created annually), you may incur a fee to use RSCP.  Your administrator receives an email copy of the invoice.  More information can be found at the Pay Invoice section of this website, where details are provided on the Exostar Billing and Support Center.
