  • Raytheon Supplier Portal (RTN Portal) Registration Process

     If your organization is not registered with Exostar, or needs access to RTN Portal: 

    • You will need to be invited to this application by Raytheon. To request an invitation, please send an email inquiry to: supply.chain.technology@raytheon.com    
    • If you do not have a MAG User ID, you will receive your MAG log in credentials within 5 business days after being invited.
    • If you already have a MAG User ID, you will receive an email within 5 business days after being invited. The email will notify you that you have access to RTN Portal.
    • Before you are able to access the Raytheon Supplier Portal, you will also need to purchase a Phone-Based OTP security credential (or credential of equivalent security level).  Please click here for more information.

    If your organization has access to RTN Portal, but you need a MAG User ID:

    •  Click here to complete a user registration request.
    • You will need your Exostar Organization ID to complete the user registration. If you do not know your Organization ID, please ask any MAG user in your organization to log in to MAG and click on the ‘My Account’ tab. The Organization ID appears on the next screen.
    • After you submit your user registration, a MAG administrator in your organization needs to approve your request.
    • After your request is approved, you will receive an automated email with log in credentials and instructions.

    If you have a MAG User ID, but you need access to RTN Portal:

    • Log in to your MAG account, click the ‘Home’ tab, and then click the ‘Request Access’ link located next to ‘Raytheon Supplier Portal’.
    • After you submit your request for access, a MAG administrator for your organization (with RTN Portal administration privileges) needs to authorize your request.
    • After your request is authorized, you should have access to the RTN Portal within 20 minutes.
