• Supply Chain Platform - Boeing 787 SCMP

  • Administration of Users & Orgs

Each organization that is using 787 SCMP has at least one assigned administrator.  This user has to agree to the terms and conditions before any users can log into 787 SCMP.  The instructions for how to sign the agreement and other useful administrative actions are provided below.

Note:  Some administrative actions can be done by any user – see second table.

    Options for Administrators

    First Time Login Process

The process to log in the first time requires a few extra steps (i.e. to set up your own password).  You will need the login credentials that were sent to you by email.

Note:  An administrator on your account must agree to the Exostar terms and conditions before all users can access 787 SCMP.

    Change Your Administrator

It is possible to change the administrator for your account.  Because an administrator can add users, there are security measures associated with this process.  You can have more than one administrator.

Add a User – by Admin

Users can be added to your account at any time.  The fee to use 787 SCMP is based on the annual number of transactions, not the number of users.

    First Time Login Process

The process to log in the first time requires a few extra steps (i.e. to set up your own password).  You will need the login credentials that were sent to you by email.

    Reset Password – by User

There is an automated option to reset your password.  You will need the responses to the security questions that you created during the ‘first time login’ process.

Update User Profile – by User

The sign-on tool for Exostar (MAG) stores your contact and login information.  You can update your administrative details within MAG.

Note:  Email address changes do not carry through to 787 SCMP for email notifications.

    Self-Register for New Users

For existing accounts, a new user can register through an automated process.  The administrator will need to ‘approve’ the request within the sign-on tool (MAG).
